About me:

I'm Aeronica, a certifie Indian yoga teacher(500 YTT )based in the United States. With a lifelong connection to yoga, I discovered its transformative power at a young age, guided by my mother. 

The true essence of “Yog” goes beyond the physical fitness and Asana practice. Its purpose is to ignite a profound connection with your Atman, your higher self, and ultimately with the Supreme(it doesnt matter what name you give divine). An important point to keep in mind is that yoga and flexibility classes are conducted distinctly. In FlowithAero, on one hand we have yoga classes where we follow a disciplined practice that includes Pranayama (breath control), Mantra chanting, Asana (physical postures), and Dhyana (meditation). These practices are aimed at nurturing a harmonious union of mind, body, and spirit.

On the other hand, flexibility classes focus on mobility drills, yoga flows, strength training, yogalates, and dynamic stretching. These sessions are designed to enhance your flexibility, improve overall body mobility, and complement your fitness journey.

I also provide personalized instruction, to help students cultivate self-awareness, establish a deep connection with themselves, and prioritize self-acceptance, healing, and well-being. With a diverse blend of yoga styles, my classes cater to both beginners and experienced practitioners.
