I tried a lot of workouts, but I think yoga is my go-to form of exercise for many reasons. It’s always hard to find a place where a TRUE yoga class is taught. Finally, I found Aero’s class, and I was thrilled to try one of hers. Her style is not regular westernized yoga. She tries to explain the asanas—both why and how to do them. She pushes your limits, Oh! Boy, it hurts, but she knows what she is doing. I love her classes, and I totally recommend her to anyone who wants to learn THE REAL YOGA, not westernized yoga.
